The philosophy and the aspiration of the Slowman, is of enjoyment and the pleasure of natural, freshly prepared food: traditional, yet innovative. The Slowman makes a point of giving young people a new chance. Regardless of your experience or CV, there is a possibility to train as a chef or a waitress / waiter. Trainees are guided and motivated by star chef, Christian Rach, who takes these unemployed people under his wing. The menu offers a small, yet ever changing choice of dishes. You can opt for either a large or small portion. You will have a choice of dishes such as spicy beef curry, Slowman-Schnitzel with potato and cucumber salad, Thai chicken soup with coriander, Slowman's apple tart and light as air vanilla pudding with fruit of the season.
